    Das Öl mit sanft kreisenden Bewegungen auf Rücken und Brust auftragen. In der täglichen Körperpflege, speziell am Morgen, oder auch als Zusatz im Waschwasser.

    Intim Pflege Öl bio
    Das Öl in kreisenden Bewegungen auf den äußeren Intimbereich auftragen.

    Körper Entspannungs Öl bio
    Das Öl bei Bedarf anwärmen und sanft in die Hände oder Fußsohlen einmassieren. In der täglichen Körperpflege, als Waschzusatz oder als Brust- und Bauchauflage (leicht erwärmt) einsetzbar.

    Haut Stärkungs Öl bio
    Das Öl mit kreisenden Bewegungen bis zu 3 Mal täglich auf die betroffenen Hautstellen auftragen
